Street Enhancement Projects for Quaker Hill
The Streetscapes project is now in the preliminary planning
stages. This innovative beautification plan, calls for
historically accurate improvements to many Quaker Hill
streets and sidewalks. This major enhancement project
is slated for West 4th street from Adams to Walnut street.
Installing
streetlamps consistent with traditional designs from
the neighborhood, improving access to the tiny but bustling
streets for pedestrians, bicyclists and motorists and
improving the condition and appearance of sidewalks
are all options being
discussed.
